I am a big fan of goat's milk products and their gamey taste. Besides being impeccably gamey, la Buchette is soft and creamy like brie on the outside and a bit crumbly and Gorgonzola-ey on the inside. I find myself thinking of it several times a day. Hence am totally hooked! Excellent on a toast with a slice of well-ripened tomato, this cheese goes well with LaGranja Tempranillo from Spain. I promise!
